How the radar is selected
Rows come from the existing Apex Standard intraday board. A popular WATCH name appears first as WAIT because Standard entry conditions have not cleared. An eligible TAKE appears openly. When at least two TAKEs are available, the highest-scoring one is reserved for the locked preview and another real TAKE stays visible. Ties are resolved by ticker; the selection is deterministic.
Only Standard-approved rows qualify as TAKEs here. Active, Lotto, or Event-only approval does not count. The page may show fewer than three rows when candidates are missing, and it withholds stale in-session data. Off-hours results are explicitly labeled as session snapshots.
