Subscriptions

Apple and Google bill in-app purchases. To change or cancel a plan, use the store that charged you — we cannot cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription from this site.

Account and sign-in

If you cannot open the app or reset access:

• Confirm you are using the same email as your RichesReach account
• Try signing out and back in, or restart the app
• Email support with the account email if you are locked out

Quick Check and Apex

Quick Check returns TAKE, WAIT, or PASS for a symbol you are considering. That is a risk-governor check, not a recommendation to buy or sell, and not personalized investment advice.

• If a check fails to load, confirm you have a connection and try again
• Free accounts get a limited number of checks each week
• Yesterday’s calls on Home are labeled after the session close when we have a tape

Linked bank or brokerage accounts

Account linking runs through Plaid. We do not see your bank login. You can disconnect a link in the app or at Plaid’s consumer portal.

Privacy and account deletion

To request access, correction, or deletion of your account data, email privacy@richesreachai.com or support@richesreachai.com from the address on the account.
