TAKE
Setup and timing are aligned enough that the product will show TAKE, and risk is still inside its guardrails. It is permission language inside the app—not a recommendation to buy, and not a forecast of return.
WAIT
The idea may still be developing, but entry conditions have not cleared. WAIT is the honest middle. A lot of market apps treat “not now” as a failed signal. Apex treats it as the default when the checklist is incomplete.
PASS
The risk does not justify this setup right now. Liquidity, volatility, or other guardrails can block a trade even when the chart looks exciting. PASS is often the disciplined output.
The Apex Score
The number (0–100) is how much of the checklist has cleared. Higher is not a promise of profit. Read the reason next to it. Then, if you care about honesty after the fact, use the weekly ledger.
